Please note this is not a new notice**\r\n\r\n(copy link) https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/278841-2019\r\n\r\nThe Council of the Borough of Kirklees (including Kirklees neighbourhood housing identified as the \u0027Council\u0027 is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for construction contractors, subcontractors and ancillary services to undertake repair/ maintenance works/services for its portfolio of assets.\r\n\r\nThe Authority have opted to establish a DPS as it is deemed the most appropriate option to meet its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent and compliant route to market. The DPS will be open to new entrants throughout its lifespan to allow coverage for ever changing requirements, including but not limited to new regulations and central government requirements.\r\n\r\nThe procurement documents and subsequent updates are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://uk.eu-supply.com/ctm/Supplier/PublicPurchase/41778/0/\r\n\r\nPlease disregard the Contract Start and Contract End dates on this notice. Further competitions will be issued as required throughout the lifetime of the DPS with subsequent service delivery at the times indicated in each specific further competition.\r\n\r\nThe Closing Date (23/02/2029) in Contracts Finder has been amended in accordance with the transitional arrangements of the Procurement Act 2023.\r\n\r\nA variation to the DPS allows for the term to be extended for further periods, up to a maximum extended term of 60 months. The contract period shall not exceed 120 months.\r\n\r\nThere are 33 Lots on this DPS.
