    "description": "The Growth Company is seeking to engage with key partners for our bid to North East Combined Authority (NECA), to deliver the IPS intervention for North East (NE) residents. \r\n\r\nAs a prime provider delivering IPS in Primary Care, IPS Sever Mental Illness and also Supported Employment contracts we understand what it takes to deliver high quality services and interventions for the target groups.\r\n\r\nThe service, funded by NECA via Grant Funding Agreement with the Department for Work and Pensions, will provide support for 10,125 North East residents. This is a voluntary programme which aims to support individuals with a physical or mental health disability (as defined by the Equality Act 2010 or the Social Model of Disability), or those in a specific disadvantaged group. \r\n\r\nParticipants will come from two distinct cohorts:\r\n\u2022\tOut of work participants with a health condition, disability, or who are experiencing disadvantage and require assistance and support to move into employment; and\r\n\u2022\tIn work participants who are off sick or struggling in the workplace due to their disability, health condition or disadvantage.\r\n\r\nTo apply for the EOI, you are required to make your submission via the Panacea e-tendering platform. Please register as a supplier on the Panacea Supplier Platform at the following web address: https://app.panacea-software.com/growth \r\n\r\nOnce you have accessed the site, to view the opportunity you need to navigate to \u0027Register Interest\u0027, click the \u0027Participate\u0027 Button, then navigate to \u0027My Questionnaires\u0027 where you will be able to download the documents.
