    "description": "Guy\u0027s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust (as host of the NHS London Procurement Partnership) is seeking to make some changes to the provision of non-emergency transport and other transport services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This notice relates to the modification and extension of the existing DPS to enable continued access for NHS Trusts and other eligible Contracting Authorities to complete further competitions and pre-market activities i.e. that commenced prior to the expiry date of the DPS. The extension ensures continuity of procurement processes already underway and supports the orderly transition to the forthcoming Provider Selection Regime (PSR) framework, which is intended to supersede this DPS for all in-scope PSR requirements. No fundamental changes are being made to the original scope or nature or value (\u00a3) of the DPS; the modification is limited to extending its duration and adding a category to meet ongoing NHS operational needs aligned with the original objectives. \r\nGuy\u0027s and St Thomas\u0027 NHS Foundation Trust (as host of the NHS London Procurement Partnership) is seeking to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of non-emergency transport and other transport services. The DPS will allow for NHS and wider public sector organisations to procure nonemergency transport and other transport services.\r\n\r\nThe DPS shall be open to NHS LPP member bodies (whether full, associate or other members) as listed at: http://www.lpp.nhs.uk/about-lpp/our-members/ and any new NHS LPP members for the duration of the DPS Contract; plus any other NHS bodies and all other Public Sector bodies located in the UK and Channel Islands, subject to approval of NHS LPP, Including but not limited to: Partnership in Procurement collaborative hub members (NHS East of England, NHS Commercial Solutions, NHS North of England Procurement Hub).\r\n\r\nThe purpose of this DPS will be to provide the public sector with a mechanism to procure non-emergency transport and other transport services. The DPS will be split into several service categories and regions in the UK.\r\n\r\nThe categories covered under the DPS at this stage includes, but is not limited to the following:\r\nCategory 1: Booking and Eligibility Assessment Services;\r\nCategory 2: Core Patient Transport Services;\r\nCategory 3: Mental Health and Secure Transport Services;\r\nCategory 4: High Dependency Transport Services;\r\nCategory 5: Taxi and Passenger Transport Services.\r\nCategory 6: Transport of Medicines Services:\r\nAdditional categories may be added at a future date.\r\n\r\nTo register interest and apply to the DPS please follow this link:\r\nhttps://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome and search for the Project ID: C377947\r\nAll suppliers who meet the selection criteria will be admitted to the DPS with no limit on the number of suppliers per category.
