    "description": "Xyla Elective Care are providing the Echo Cardiology services required and have been providing insourcing at NGH since 2022.  There have been no concerns raised and the provider are likely to continue to satisfy the proposed contract.  Demand outweighs the capacity available at NGH and therefore insourcing has been used to mitigate this and ensures patient safety and quality is not compromised e.g. wait times (the service is currently on average receiving more than 250 referrals per week with a weekly operational capacity of between 150-190 slots per week leaving a demand and capacity gap of 60-100 slots per week). The financial cost for this proposal will be partially offset against current vacancies within the service.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nPSR: The existing Provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.",
