It is therefore crucial support is accessible and timely.\r\n\r\nDue to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking Intervention Partners to meet the high demand we are seeing for translation services. The provision will support Participants to access Seetec services and provision enabling them to progress in their journey. \r\n\r\nSeetec require a provider who can deliver predominantly remote but occasionally face-to-face translation and interpreting services to support Seetec participants. Seetec staff would be responsible for booking the translation or interpreting for Participants once a need had been identified. \r\n\r\nThe successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners delivering bespoke training and support services to participants.\r\n\r\nThe support interventions required include, but are not limited to: \r\n\r\n\u2022\tRemote on-demand telephone interpreting services - Seetec require an on-demand service so we can support our participants during pre-booked as well as unplanned appointments\r\n\u2022\tRemote video interpreting services \r\n\u2022\tRemote video BSL interpreting services\r\n\u2022\tFace-to-face BSL interpreting services\r\n\u2022\tDocument translation services\r\n\r\nSeetec has a varied participant base as such it is important the successful provider can offer a wide range of languages, that may include but are not limited to: British Sign Language, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Ukrainian, Romanian, Polish, Russian, Kurdish Sorani, Lithuanian, Farsi, Tigrinya, Bengali, Tamil. \r\n\r\nSeetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received. \r\n\r\nProcess for application:\r\n\r\n- Complete the attached MS Forms (https://forms.office.com/e/LSU6a75Yvp) by the closing date.\r\n- Complete and submit the attached Rate Card to Procurement@seetec.co.uk by the closing date.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Supplier must be able to deliver the translation services detailed above. \r\n\r\nSupplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information).\r\n\r\nSupplier must be able to deliver at least the on-demand services and 2 of the other 4 services detailed below. \r\n\r\n\u2022\tRemote on-demand telephone interpreting services in a wide range of languages\r\n\u2022\tRemote video interpreting services in a wide range of languages \r\n\u2022\tRemote video BSL interpreting services\r\n\u2022\tFace-to-face BSL interpreting services\r\n\u2022\tDocument translation services\r\n\r\nSupplier should have experience working with similar cohort of participants (unemployed, economically inactive, ex-offenders, SEND). \r\n\r\n- Supplier must submit the rate card template provided which should include the full list of services they are able to provide.\r\n\r\n- Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified.\r\n\r\nPayment Mechanism:\r\n\r\n- Spot purchase basis with no guaranteed volumes. Seetec hold contracts across several government departments, spanning multiple geographies across England.\r\n\r\nContracting Entity:\r\n\r\n- Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC)\r\n\r\n- This procurement is to deliver services across the UK arm of the Seetec Group. Referrals may come from the Employability, Business \u0026 Training or Communities \u0026 Education business units, which trade under the following names:\r\n\r\n- Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC)\r\n- Seetec Pluss Ltd\r\n- Pluss CIC\r\n- NexSphere\r\n- Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company Ltd (KSSCRC)\r\n\r\n- We envisage most referrals to be generated from Seetec\u0027s employability contracts (Restart Scheme, Work \u0026 Health Programme).\r\n\r\nFramework:\r\n\r\n- This procurement is for a specific need. However, Seetec will be launching a framework for Intervention Partners who can deliver support services and training to our participants in 2025. The successful suppliers in this bid will automatically be included in Seetec\u0027s 2025 framework and we do not envisage you needing to reapply for this. Once on the framework, Seetec reserves the right to direct award future contracts to these Suppliers.",
