    "description": "Duration is 2 years, plus an option to extend for a further year ( 2+1).  is A suitably qualified third party gas auditor to validate the competency of all gas engineers working across the Thirteen Group footprint.  The external auditor will be providing the services for domestic and commercial gas post inspections and work in progress checks. This also is part of Thirteens gas procedure documents. Their work gives us assurance that work is carried out to a high standard and our customers are safe in their homes. The external gas auditor is also required for external audits and quality checks for work carried out by gas contractors. As per Thirteen\u0027s Gas Quality Control Procedure we require each gas engineer to have a minimum of 5 QC checks per year. This contract is to cover on average around 700 Post inspections and requirements for WIP, Post Install Inspections \u0026 Repair Audit Inspections.",
