    "description": "Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System to enable prisoners to obtain a CSCS Card (Green Labourers) in HMP Lincoln. \r\nHMP Lincoln will be training prisoners in Level 1 \u0026 2 Painting and Decorating, Level 1 \u0026 2 Bricklaying, Dry-Lining and Fork Lift Truck Driving as part of our core curriculum \r\nthroughout the 2025/26 financial year, we shall offer prisoners who achieve these \r\nqualifications the opportunity to attain the relevant CSCS card in their last 6 months in \r\npreparation for their release. \r\nThis opportunity shall also be available for unskilled labourers to achieve the Health and Safety Qualification required for a CSCS card.",
