    "description": "This Request for Quotation (RFQ) has ben published on behalf of Early Help Commissioning Manager, North Northamptonshire Council. \r\n\r\nNorth Northamptonshire Council (\"The Council\") invites quotations for a Provider to deliver a structured program or initiative that provides training, education, and support to individuals interested in volunteering for various Family Hub projects and within the wider community.  The provider will also ensure that organisations are supported to utilise volunteers appropriately.\r\n\r\nThe Family Hubs Volunteer Academy will create a structured and supportive environment for individuals to develop skills, gain knowledge, and contribute meaningfully to their communities through volunteering.\r\n\r\nThe Council\u0027s detailed requirements are defined in Section 2: Specification of the RFQ document shared with this Notice.",
