    "description": "Ofcom has a requirement to commission a senior industry stakeholder review. This will entail\r\nthe successful bidder facilitating a review of Ofcom\u0027s role and performance as a regulator with\r\nkey Ofcom senior industry stakeholders (circa 42) via a questionnaire and follow-up\r\ninterviews. The feedback from the review will be used to produce a report to be presented\r\nto the Ofcom Board.\r\nAs a minimum, the service must deliver the following:\r\n- High quality research collecting, collating, and analysing feedback from senior\r\nindustry stakeholders (generally the CEO/ \u0027C-suite\u0027 individuals that Ofcom\u0027s CEO and\r\nBoard would meet with) through both questionnaire and interview delivering a report\r\nfocussed on the key evidence. Presentation of this report to the Ofcom Board\r\n- Adherence to the timetable agreed with flexibility to add additional stakeholders if\r\nrequired.\r\n- Adherence to high research and data protection standards. The project must be\r\nconducted in compliance with the Market Research Society\u0027s Code of Conduct.\r\nUnderstanding of this Code, relevant experience of working within its requirements\r\nand membership of the Market Research Society will be viewed favourably.",
