This is a 6 month extension to conclude all work. \r\n\r\nBackground\r\nIn the Operational Technology Strategy, we recognised the significant role OT plays in the complex system of managing the Strategic Road Network and other National Highways strategic priorities.\r\n\r\nThe OT Modernisation and Refresh Portfolio Team will provide the core function of Coordination, Planning, Delivery \u0026 Reporting of the Op tech refresh. The team will complete the detailed OT analysis and stakeholder engagements. \r\n\r\nThey will produce detailed refresh plans which will be agreed with the delivery partners whilst maintaining the forward-facing review for modernisation, bringing in new, updated assets / services as appropriate.\r\n\r\nThis extension will end on 30/09/25",
