A non-intrusive building condition survey with a visual inspection of external and internal areas in order to produce a detailed 10-year planned preventative maintenance plan and lifecycle assessment for inclusion within a PowerBi dashboard. A mechanical and electrical plant survey to identify any major defects, items of backlog maintenance and anticipated significant future repairs, renewals and replacements for inclusion within a Power Bi dashboard. Using NHS SBS Framework - SBS10190 - Direct Award A drone survey of all roof coverings and high-level areas with images.
