    "description": "DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) was seeking a single supplier to tow trailers carrying Mobile Brake Testers for DVSA\u0027s Enforcement staff from a base site to where the trailers will be unloaded and used to check vehicles at a 3rd parties\u0027 site. The supplier will then return at the completion of this work and tow the trailers back to the base site.     \r\n\r\nDVSA Enforcement Examiners will agree with the successful supplier where and when the road check will take place and, wherever possible, the action will be pre-planned and could occur at any time of the day/night 7 days a week. Therefore, a 24/7 365 response capability is required to cover the occasion when the service may be needed.",
