The aim is to bridge the gap between primary and secondary school for Year 6 children in the care of Oxfordshire, who will be transferring to secondary school in September 2025. Numbers to be confirmed and agreed between both parties in January each year.   \r\n\r\nThe Standard Summer Project to be developed in partnership with Oxfordshire\r\nVirtual School. Numbers to be confirmed and agreed between both parties in January of each year.  For January 2025 the programme is for 3 Children We Care For (CWCF).",
