TPS is a bespoke piece of modular software that includes a procurement document template tool, a contract management tool, and an e-Quotation portal.\r\n\r\nThe purpose of this contract is for the Concessionaire to continue with work with Hampshire\u0027s third-party software development provider to promote, licence, and support Hampshire County Council in the ongoing use of this software. In addition, the concessionaire will undertake and assume responsibility of onboarding, licencing, and supporting any interested parties who wish to make use of Hampshire County Council\u0027s TPS software whether in partnership or as a standalone instance of this software.  \r\n\r\nHampshire County Council\u0027s expectation of the TPS software is as a route to working with clients and promoting additional services such a procurement consultancy as either a temporary additional resource, or as a long term, managed solution partnership.",
