Below, we have outlined the\r\nscope of work which we anticipate will be required (The detail of the scope and activities is undefined at\r\nthis point and will be agreed on an ongoing basis to suit the project requirements):\r\n?Advice on replacement of septic tanks to provide nutrient mitigation - This will include\r\nfocused input and support on the generic methodology and site-specific calculations \u0026 eligibility\r\nassessments. Some stakeholder engagement is also likely to be required with\r\nhomeowners/holiday park owners and Natural England.\r\nPlanning application reviews - Provide advice on nutrient-neutrality assessments and mitigation\r\nproposals to case officers. Nature-based solutions advice - Focussed input and support on nature-based solutions such\r\nas riparian buffer strips, constructed wetlands, and woodland creation.\r\nGeneral support - Strategic level support and advice, including supply \u0026 demand calculations\r\nand assistance with the establishment of a nutrient trading scheme.\r\nConsultation - Consultation with landowners, Natural England, Environment Agency, Agents,\r\nmembers.\r\nProject management - Management, coordination and invoicing.\r\nProject meetings - Attendance at various project meetings.",
