Images for the digital lectern.\r\n\u2022\tTimers for speakers and organisers, accessible via a laptop and comfort monitors.\r\n\u2022\tProfessional photography services for two days.\r\n\u2022\tPower supply for 16 exhibitors.\r\n\u2022\tRecording of all sessions and providing session recordings in mp4 format with proofed subtitle/caption files provided separately in .vtt or similar format\r\n\u2022\t10-16 TV screens for exhibitors, with setup and power provided.",
