    "description": "Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for Sittingbourne, Sheerness and Faversham Market Contract retender.\r\n\r\nThe contract will involve provision of the borough\u0027s three street markets, in the towns of Faversham, Sittingbourne and Sheerness. Swale Borough Council is inviting suitably experienced and qualified market operators to tender for the contract to deliver the markets in either one, two or all three towns. \r\n\r\nThe contract shall commence on 1st May 2025 and terminate on 30th April 2028. The council may extend the opportunity for a further two years. The bidder/s who submit/s the most economically advantageous tender will be awarded the contract. \r\n\r\nExpressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document must be submitted on the Council\u0027s e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of the ITT  is 17 March 2025 at 12:00pm.\r\n\r\nAll clarifications must be submitted via the ProContract portal. \r\n",
