    "description": "This procurement is for an AV partner to ensure that all equipment is supported, configured and to have expertise on hand to support Ofcom ensure that any new kit is specified, tested, and installed correctly across all our offices.The scope of this contract will cover:\r\n1.\tThe Support services to maintain the existing audio-visual hardware and software that is currently installed across our offices. Ensuring all equipment is assessed, maintained and Ofcom is aware of warranty deadlines. \r\n2.\tUndertake reconfiguration and future installations.\r\n3.\tDesign consultancy to assist Ofcom with implementing AV solutions for new and larger spaces.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThis contract was let under CCs Framework RM6225 - Audio Visual Technical Consultancy \u0026 Commissioning.  \r\n\r\nThe fixed cost of the contract is \u00a3556,380 inc. VAT, for the full term 6-year term of the contact. \r\nHowever, the variable cost of the contract is estimated to \u00a384k inc. VAT per annum, and approx. \u00a3500k over the life of the contract. This cost will only be incurred when a requirement is identified, and budget is available. There for the purpose of the procurement notice the estimated contract value is between \u00a3556,380 and \u00a31,056,380 Inc. VAT. \r\nThe higher figure is being advertised for the purpose of this notice.",
