    "description": "Derbyshire Dales District Council (the Council) is seeking a Supplier to undertake the following services.\r\n\u2022 Emptying \u0026 planned and reactive maintenance of (7) Small Sewer Sites\r\n\u2022 Emptying \u0026 planned and reactive maintenance of (2) Interceptor tanks\r\n\u2022 Clearing blockages at Council facilities\r\n\u2022 Planned and reactive cleansing of gullies within the Councils parks/car parks/roadways etc.\r\n\r\nThe initial contract period is 2 years; the contract is estimated to commence 1st July 2025 and expire 30 June 2027. There will be an option to extend the contract for 3 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum contract period is 5 years.\r\n\r\nThe opportunity can be accessed via Derbyshire Dales District Council\u0027s e-Tendering system. Tenderers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through our e-Tendering system. If not already registered, candidates should register at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login. \r\n\r\nAll discussions, meetings, and communications will be conducted in English. \r\n\r\nThe contract will be subject to English law. \r\n\r\nTenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.\r\n\r\nThe contract value is estimated and includes the options to extend and excludes VAT\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe procurement is being managed electronically, using the councils e-tendering system, please select the link which will transfer you to our e-tendering system where you can register your interest and access the documents.
