    "description": "The Contract relates to the geographical area Frankland\u0027s Park estate. Frankland\u0027s Park Ltd is a company set up between PA Housing Group Ltd and Accent Group whereby PA Housing is the managing agent for Frankland\u0027s Park Ltd.\r\n      \r\n      The Services required by the contract, include but are not restricted to: \r\n      \u2022 Inspection, cleaning, application of preservative and occasional replacement of landscape furniture including bench seats, litter bins, notice boards and signs \r\n      \u2022 Litter Collection, Sweeping and Clearance of Debris \r\n      \u2022 Management and cleaning of bin store areas \r\n      \u2022 Bulk collection \r\n      \u2022 Grass Cutting and Maintenance \r\n      \u2022 Edging \r\n      \u2022 Grass Reseeding / Turfing \r\n      \u2022 Supply of Planting Material, mainly shrubs and roses\r\n      \u2022 Shrub Maintenance \r\n      \u2022 Rose Maintenance \r\n      \u2022 Hedge Maintenance \r\n      \u2022 Application of pesticides, as required and in accordance with the appropriate legislation \r\n      \u2022 Trees - the lifting of trees to facilitate ease of maintenance when undertaking horticultural operations and emergency works as defined within the specification \r\n      \u2022 Snow Clearing and Gritting \r\n      \u2022 Grounds maintenance tasks associated with the maintenance of children\u0027s play areas \r\n      \u2022 Maintenance of grassland meadow area \r\n      \u2022 Maintenance of woodland area \r\n      \u2022 Drainage ditches requiring clearance\r\n       \u2022 Natural wetland areas \r\n      \u2022 Seasonal wetland areas\r\n      \r\n      It is intended that the Contract will commence in September 2025, run for a period of three years with the option for renewal, as decided by PA Housing, for an extension of up to a further two years plus two years.
