This will ensure the Council is adequately protected while maintaining flexibility.\r\nThe broker will also helps analyse claims data to determine the right balance between self-insurance and external cover, supporting cost-effective risk management, and during tendering, they will work closely with the Council to prepare market submissions, including arranging pre-tender engagement days with insurers.",
