Our teams work closely with the MOD and key stakeholders to implement modern facilities management practices that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the long-term viability of defence estates.\r\n \r\nAs part of our commitment to provide rapid solutions to our customers\u0027 requirements, Landmarc is looking to invite new and prospective single and multi-discipline Design Consultancies the opportunity to bid and secure a place on our Design Framework. The framework term will initially be for 5 years with the option to extend in line with the TESC contract. \r\nTypical project values will range in value from \u00a3100k up to \u00a310 million, with an overall estimated annual project programme turnover of \u00a350 million. The current estimated value of design through our current design consultancy supply chain is set to exceed circa \u00a34 million per annum.\r\n\r\nAll expressions of interest should include a comprehensive company profile including CV\u0027s of your company\u0027s senior leadership team and include details of at least 3 specialist projects from within (or aligned/similar to) the defence sector.\r\nLandmarc is not obliged to respond to all enquiries and providing an expression of interest will not guarantee an invitation to tender.",
