    "description": "- Existing RAK concrete slabs are to be broken out. - Remove RAK concrete roofs of ramps. - Prepare walls for wet bedding of new hollow core roof planks including drilling of holes for H10 resin fixed dowels and install planks. - Drill holes down into top of brickwork through the slot locations at the ends of the planks and resin fix the H10 L bars. Then fill joints and grooves with grout. - Build the parapet walls back up to min 150mm above the planks in bonded brickwork. - Apply smoothing render / adhesive to the top of the planks and wall upstands and apply single ply roofing membrane.\r\n- Complete tops of parapet walls with copings set on an epoxy mortar.",
