    "description": "Health and care system partners in Yorkshire and Humber have identified that there is a need to develop a collaborative workforce training programme. The aims of the training programme will be to:\r\n\u2022\tenable the adaptation of service models to priority groups; \r\n\u2022\tdevelop tailored interventions to the individual needs of people who smoke particularly those in priority groups; \r\n\u2022\tVery Brief Advice (VBA) that is relevant to non-clinical settings; and \r\n\u2022\tprovide effective first point of contact and triaging by administrative staff. \r\n\r\nIt is proposed that by delivering advanced training to all health and care system partners in Yorkshire and Humber it will provide parity to communities, and offer equitable and quality interventions from each of the individually commissioned services across the Yorkshire and Humber area.\r\n\r\nThe training programme will include:\r\n\u2022\tDevelopment of a suite of advanced training materials which will support the delivery of training to commissioners, managers, practitioners and administrators of stop smoking services in the Yorkshire and Humber area; \r\n\u2022\tVery Brief Advice+ training for non-clinical staff;\r\n\u2022\tService adaption and intervention tailoring training courses;\r\n\u2022\t Annual webinars",
