The service to be commissioned will be targeted on adult offenders in the geographical area of Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent who are experiencing homelessness / housing need and are in need of support in obtaining and maintaining accommodation in the community. The service provided will aim to help service users to work towards independence and to successfully maintain accommodation with a view to supporting individuals to establish stable lifestyles in the community away from crime and to avoid further offending as part of a planned programme of rehabilitation and resettlement.",
