The council requires an accredited Cskills, proquals and CPCS training centre for the provision of Construction Plant and Highways Skills Training. This framework will cover the training and assessments for construction plant training, highways construction skills training and New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) training. Initial call off from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2026 with the option to extend to 30 November 2028.
