Description

We are seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support and maintenance for our Sage software suite. The selected vendor will ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and performance of our Sage applications by offering 24/7 technical support, regular maintenance and updates, troubleshooting and issue resolution, user training, and expert consultation. Additionally, outside the software and support, there is a day rate section included to allow NTS to scale up projects if required. The ideal vendor will have proven experience with Sage software, strong technical expertise, the ability to provide timely and effective solutions, and excellent communication skills.
