This could be in several types of accommodation: \r\n\u2022 In someone\u0027s own home, whether owner occupied or rented \r\n\u2022 Living with family and friends\r\n \u2022 Living in accommodation that is part of the offer from the supported living provider, whether a shared house or individual flat or house \r\n\r\nThis tender contains 2 Lots.\r\nLot 1: Mental Health support \r\nLot 2: Mental Health support with personal care\r\n\r\nIt is anticipated that the Provider List will operate for a period of six years, commencing September 2024 and expiring September 2030. Full details are available at https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ \r\n\r\nInitial round closes for evaluation at 12pm on 10 June 2024 however the process will remain open for applications throughout the contract term.",
