    "description": "The CPS have offices and staff who work at various locations across the whole of England and Wales. Therefore, voice and data connectivity must be reliable and robust across the Authority\u0027s area of operation, and be 5G compliant (in places where 5G signal is available). \r\n\r\nWhile the CPS is not classed as an emergency service the work that is undertaken is often time sensitive and critical within the justice system. The expectation is that reliable and robust connection will be available continually.\r\n\r\nAccess to mobile voice and data services are required to CPS staff work effectively in courts and locations where there is no Wi-Fi or CPS network access available. It is also a backup in case of network unavailability for CPS Direct, Failure to provide these services would have reputational impact and could result in some courts being seen as inferior to prosecute cases in due to the lack of online access.",
