    "description": "Corserv Solutions Ltd Facilities division are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Structural repairs \u0026 Cladding replacement under NEC3 minor works contract. The current Salt Barn in Scorrier requires significant repairs due to corrosion caused by the high salt content environment. The salt barn is used to store the road salt used to grit the roads in the West area of Cornwall and is in use from around October until May. The works are to carry out replacement cladding and steel repairs so that the salt barn can continue to be used, It is expected that the repairs will extend the life of the salt barn by at least 10 years. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works. \r\nThe intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% Price.",
