    "description": "Defra Group Property (DgP) have initiated the Minerva programme, which will transform the following capabilities:\r\n1.\tBuilding Information Management (BIM);\r\n2.\tProperty Data;\r\n3.\tFM Asset Management; and\r\n4.\tProperty Technology.\r\n\r\nThis Statement of Work (SOW) is to deliver items 3 and 4 above.\r\n\r\nKey Objectives\r\nThe delivery of this SOW will give high regard to the development of solutions/deliverables that are applicable to all DgP operations, and where possible, are not tailored to any particular operational team.\r\n\u2022\tSupport the development of DgP\u0027s Asset Management function.\r\n\u2022\tProvide strategic FM Asset Management support, including the development and maintenance of:\r\no\tFM Asset Management artefacts, such as an Asset Management Strategy, Asset Management Policy, Asset Information Strategy, Asset Information Policy; etc\r\no\tFM Asset category strategies.\r\no\tDevelopment of a strategy and plan for DgP to acquire ISO 55001 accreditation.\r\no\tMentoring DgP Asset Management staff as appropriate.\r\n\u2022\tLead DgP\u0027s engagement with the ISS Asset Verification Programme.\r\n\u2022\tSupport DgP with the development of its FM Asset data model, through engagement with various stakeholders including BIM, FM operational teams, capital projects, Government Soft Landings (GSL) and data management colleagues.\r\n\u2022\tDelivery of Property Technology Standards, for an agreed scope of technologies.\r\n\u2022\tThe definition and management of various proof of concept activities, to support the definition and implementation of Property Technology Standards.\r\n\u2022\tSupport Minerva programme-wide stakeholder engagement:\r\no\tDgP Senior leadership Team;\r\no\tArms-Length Bodies; and\r\no\tOther stakeholder groups as identified (such as SCAH).",
