To support this vision, there are three main priorities:  to attract and retain a talented and committed workforce, create a culture of engagement and wellbeing and developing our people and achieving great outcomes.\r\nDeveloping skills and competencies will enable our workforce to fulfil it\u0027s potential, be innovative and creative and help shape and prepare our organisation for our ever-changing needs and achieve great outcomes for our organisation and the communities we serve.\r\nOur priorities are essential training, including statutory and role specific training, individual and team development and supporting our change programme.\r\n\r\nThe Services have been divided into the following work packages (Lots):\r\nLot 1 - Leadership and Organisational Development\r\nLot 2 - Professional, Technical and Support Services\r\nLot 3 - Health, Safety and Wellbeing\r\nLot 4 - Social Care and Community\r\nLot 5 - Environmental Sustainability and Socio-Economic Development\r\nLot 6 - Operational Services\r\nThe Council are allowing other contracting authorities and schools and other permissible users to access this Framework, with our prior permission/consent (Please see additional information below).\r\n\r\nFurther details of the Framework are included in the Invitation to Tender documents available via The Chest.
