    "description": "Cambridge City Council wishes to invite suppliers to tender for a cloud-based (SaaS) Legal Case Management System for their 3C Shared Legal Practice.\r\n\r\nThe 3C Shared Legal Practice is a shared in-house legal service for three partner councils Cambridge City Council (lead authority), Huntingdonshire District Council \u0026 South Cambridgeshire District Council.\r\n\r\nDetailed Service Description and Requirements\r\n\r\nThe 3C Shared Legal Practice provides legal service to the 3 partner councils, including drafting contracts, recovering debts owed, preparing planning agreements for new developments in the city, prosecuting for breaches of the law (including antisocial behaviour, noise nuisance and breach of licensing laws), and giving advice on local government law.\r\n\r\nAs the lead authority for the 3C Shared Legal Practice, Cambridge City Council are looking for a supplier who can provide a cloud-based (SaaS) Legal Case Management System to replace their existing on-premises Legal Case Management system (IKEN Desktop + Bundledocs).",
