    "description": "Demolition\r\n      The Subcontractor shall strip out and dispose of (unless noted otherwise) the following items, as indicated on the design drawings:\r\n      \u2022\tPartitions\r\n      \u2022\tDoors\r\n      \u2022\tPorcelain tiles\r\n      \u2022\tCeiling baffles and supports (to be stored and reinstalled later)\r\n      \u2022\tGlazing\r\n      \u2022\tBuilders work openings (including necessary modifications to wall framework)\r\n      \u2022\tDoor penetrations\r\n      \u2022\tColumn cladding \r\n      \u2022\tScreens, chairs, tablets, monitors \u0026 desks\r\n      \u2022\tScreed (including for cable routes in onward travel area). \r\n      Regarding the above, consider the following:\r\n      \u2022\tThe items marked within the \"Excluded Scope\" document are excluded from this scope and included in another package of works.\r\n      \u2022\tThe Subcontractor shall ensure that existing fire compartments are not compromised by the works. The Subcontractor shall allow for any intrusive surveys to determine this requirement.\r\n      \r\n      Design\r\n      This section should be read in conjunction with Section 5 (Design) of this document.\r\n      The Subcontractor shall complete detailed design for the following elements:\r\n      \u2022\tRaised access floor\r\n      \u2022\tTemporary Works (Hoarding)\r\n      \u2022\tCeilings\r\n      \u2022\tPartitions including modification to existing\r\n      \u2022\tDoors\r\n      \u2022\tBulkheads\r\n      \u2022\tGlazing\r\n      \u2022\tSteelwork\r\n      \u2022\tSignage\r\n      \r\n      Installation\r\n      The Subcontractor shall supply (unless noted otherwise) and install the following items as indicated on the design drawings and project specifications:\r\n      \u2022\tScreed\r\n      \u2022\tHoarding (see section below)\r\n      \u2022\tPorcelain tiles \r\n      \u2022\tFloor access covers\r\n      \u2022\tCeilings\r\n      \u2022\tPartitions including modification works and door infills\r\n      \u2022\tWall finishes, skirtings and trims\r\n      \u2022\tDoors\r\n      \u2022\tBulkheads\r\n      \u2022\tGlazing\r\n      \u2022\tMonolith Base plates (to be free issued to the subcontractor, example provided in the document pack)\r\n      \u2022\tSteelwork\r\n      \u2022\tFirestopping\r\n      \u2022\tSignage and wayfinding?",
