This must include direct management of a purchasing application and ticket sales, technical support, marketing support, customer relationship management (CRM) support, secure dispatch of physical tickets, and customer service support through a contact centre.\r\n\r\nThe term of the Contract will be for two (2) years with the option of up to two (2) twelve (12) month extensions available. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 1 April 2025.",
