    "description": "Due to the ongoing deployment of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) constellations, Ofcom has a requirement for a mobile satellite monitoring solution. This will provide Ofcom with the ability to track and monitor LEO satellites operating above the United Kingdom.\r\n\r\nWe will need the ability to monitor NGSO satellites operating in Ku and Ka bands and as a minimum this must be able to track satellites from 30\u2070 elevation through to 30\u2070 elevation on the opposite horizon (120\u2070 total tracking as a minimum). The solution will need to be able to be capable of operating around 360\u2070 azimuth, meaning that we can monitor NGSO satellites at any azimuth compared to the antenna system.",
