    "description": "The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for a refurbishment of teaching and learning spaces.  \r\n\r\nScope of Requirement:\r\n\r\nThe project comprises the refurbishment of teaching spaces throughout six buildings across the University of Sheffield campus: Alfred Denny Building, Bartolome House, Dental School, The Diamond, Hicks Building and Sheffield University Management School.\r\n\r\nThe proposed works include (but are not limited to) the following:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tInternal Refurbishment at Alfred Denny including renewal of finishes to include replacement floor coverings, redecoration and ceiling alterations.\r\n\u2022\tLighting replacement at Alfred Denny.\r\n\u2022\tReconfiguration of heating systems / radiators at Bartolome House.\r\n\u2022\tInstallation of fixtures such as free-issue brackets, relocated whiteboards.\r\n\u2022\tSmall power and data alterations / improvements to support AV upgrades.\r\n\u2022\tProvision of access equipment to support AV installs by UoS AV department.\r\n\r\nThe proposed works are to be divided into 6No Contract sections:\r\n\r\nContract Section One: Alfred Denny LT01 \u0026 LT02\r\nContract Section Two: Hicks Building LT02\r\nContract Section Three: Management School LT01\r\nContract Section Four: Diamond LT01, CR2, WR3\r\nContract Section Five: Dental School LT01\r\nContract Section Six: Bartolome House BB05, 06, 08, 11, 15a\r\n\r\n*Please note the above list is not exhaustive.\r\n\r\nThe full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest. \r\n\r\nTender Process and Documentation:\r\n\r\nThis is an open exercise.
