    "description": "Castle Point Borough Council is seeking tenders from suitable and qualified contractors for the installation of solar photovoltaics system and associated work over the metal sheet roof [of the swimming pool] at the Waterside Farm Leisure Centre. \r\n      The swimming pool roof is part of the Waterside Farm Leisure Centre building and is located on the Western end of the building (the other roofs are not part of this Solar PV installation scheme). \r\n      The Leisure Centre is part of the Waterside Farm Site, surrounded by service roads, sports fields, and parking areas. \r\n      The swimming pool building is adjacent to the nearby St John Ambulance building, the A1 Motorbike training area to the south, and the Canvey Miniature Railway to the northwest.
