    "description": "Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced organisations to provide services for people with a visual impairment.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe aim of the service is to support people with a visual impairment to meet their individual outcomes around well-being and independence.\\r\r\nThere is also a requirement for the service to support Hartlepool\u0027s adult population with specialist vision assessments and deliver vision rehabilitation.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe service is to be delivered from premises within Hartlepool and be available for people who are ordinarily residents of Hartlepool.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nAny queries in relation to this Tender must be addressed through the ProContract tendering portal \\r\r\nhttps://procontract.due-north.com\\r\r\nThe NEPO E-Procurement Portal is being used for this Tender.
