Description

The scope the employee engagement platform will include access for all colleagues via web and mobile applications. The platform will include core features such as company newsfeeds, employee recognition tools, community groups, event calendars and real-time analytics. The platform and/or consultant will provide implementation support including data migration, user onboarding, admin training, and integration with existing systems (e.g., SSO, HRIS, and collaboration tools). Ongoing support will include access to a help desk and regular platform updates.
