    "description": "The UK\u0026apos;s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) sought a supplier to assist in the management and oversight of its Forest Governance, Markets and Climate 2 (FGMC2) programme - PMSST (programme management support and strategy team).\r\nThis will include managing and overseeing Accountable Grants (AG) on behalf of FCDO, conducting the programmes\u0026apos; overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), and providing strategic and technical advice to FCDO and programme partners, while ensuring overall coherence with the programme Theory of Change.\r\nThe PMSST Supplier will work closely with the FCDO supporting political and strategic engagement to assist in the delivery of programme objectives; consolidate programme level reporting, provide technical oversight over a broad range of delivery partners working in multiple countries; and manage a portfolio of grants (approximately 20 with a value of about \u00a350 million) across a range of partner countries in Asia, Pacific, Africa and South America.\r\n\r\nThis contract may be extended by 1 year and up to a value of \u00a312m (\u00a33m for services and \u00a39m for grants) subject to the needs of FCDO.",
