    "description": "The Riverside Group are looking to source a Fleet Management Application\r\n      \r\n      Fleet numbers have continued to increase considerably with an expectation of further additions for which we will need a more robust system of fleet management. \r\n      \r\n      The fleet management system will enable business support functions to record fleet data in a consistent and transparent way, reducing the requirement for manual / excel records in various formats to be maintained.   \r\n      \r\n      This is a standalone system which will not be required to interface with Riverside systems. \r\n      \r\n      There are approximately 800 vehicles within the TRG fleet, which will need to be incorporated onto this system.",
