    "description": "The contract is for the operation of a recycling facility, requiring the operator:\r\n\u2022 To discharge the COTC aspect of the Permit\r\n\u2022 To manage the H\u0026S aspects of the facility in accordance with existing and established procedures, with the assistance of the Council\u0027s H\u0026S Advisors\r\n\u2022 To coordinate Visitors to the facility\r\n\u2022 To make the facility available from 7.00am to 5.30pm M-Fr (Sa/Su as required for service provision)\r\n\u2022 To receive deliveries from the Council\u0027s recycling collection services\r\n\u2022 To provide loading shovel and accredited operator.\r\n\u2022 To manage the materials stored within the RTS\r\n\u2022 To coordinate and load onward haulage as necessary\r\n\u2022 To undertake necessary inspections of facility with regard to the provisions of the Environmental Permit (e.g., materials, segregation, fire watch, dust suppression, etc.)\r\n\u2022 To segregate materials to remove contamination and to avoid cross contamination of materials. Provide daily reporting on contamination\r\n\u2022 To open up and secure the facility at the end of each working day\r\n\u2022 To coordinate and facilitate regular periodic maintenance checks as required and record such inspections.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Tender documentation is available to be downloaded on the NEPO ProContract system.
