    "description": "Swindon Borough Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a single contractor for the provision of street lighting spares to include, but not limited to Lamps, LED\u0027s, Lanterns, Brackets and Enclosures.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (2 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between \u00a3600,000 and \u00a3639,000 across the initial 3-year contract term and between \u00a3600,000 and \u00a31,065,000 across the potential total 5-year contract term.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nFull details relating to the requirement are provided in the tender documents.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nTo participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com\\r\r\n\\r\r\nTender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 15th November 2024, 1200 hrs UK Local time.
