The contract scope of work includes the initial inspection and servicing of each plant; the supply of a logbook; provision of a 24/7 remote monitoring service; carrying out of periodic inspection; reactive maintenance; consequential and emergency repairs and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times.",
