    "description": "Homes England is currently seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for the provision of \\r\r\nlandscape maintenance and cleansing services across 9 sites in the North East. The sites vary \\r\r\nin size and character, and include private land, land reserved for future development and \\r\r\nresidual land left over from residential and commercial development.\\r\r\nThe contract is envisaged to have a duration of 2 years with provision for a further 1 year \\r\r\nextension under the same Terms and Conditions of this contract. The anticipated \\r\r\ncommencement date for the Service is 01 August 2024. Prior to Tendering, Suppliers should \\r\r\nensure that they have the availability and capacity to commence and deliver the Service \\r\r\nwithin a timely manner.\\r\r\nTypical planned Services under this contract comprise but are not exclusively limited to the \\r\r\nfollowing:\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Site inspections, whereby the Supplier shall indicate; all matters relating to the \\r\r\nmaintenance specification; recommendations for necessary Service; incidences of \\r\r\nvandalism, fly tipping, trespass and adjustments to the scheduled Service;\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Cleansing;\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Grass Cutting;\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Hedge cutting;\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Weed Control; and\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Shrub maintenance.\\r\r\nThis contract is a performance based, the performance of which will be monitored via Key \\r\r\nPerformance Indicators (KPI\u0027s). Suppliers should carefully review the Service requirements \\r\r\nprior to Pricing.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
