Description

This is a Call Off Contract directly awarded in accordance with Framework Schedule 7 (Call Off Award Procedure) of CCS Framework Agreement RM6325, Lot 1, Payment Acceptance 2. This Call Off Contract allows Post Office Customers to make debit or credit card payments through face to face transactions in Post Office Branches or at unattended POS terminals. It also facilitates payment via alternative payment methods such as over the phone or online via Post Office website or apps. Post Office conducted a desktop exercise under the Framework Agreement RM6325, Lot 1 and Global Payments were evaluated as the most economically advantageous tender.
