    "description": "Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC),  \r\n\r\nThe successful contractor will be required to provide CCTV and Security Systems Service and Maintenance work which includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and the day-to-day service and repair of all CCTV and associated security systems (hardware and software) relating to the following (but not limited to) - \r\n\u2022 All control, recording, audio, and display equipment within the Council\u0027s Civic Centre CCTV control room. \r\n\u2022 All transmission hardware and software that comprises the MDC CCTV and security systems network1 . \r\n\u2022 All CCTV cameras, recording equipment, transmission network equipment, audio systems and other associated equipment that forms part of the MDC public-space CCTV scheme. \r\n\u2022 All cameras that form part of the MDC Civic Centre offices CCTV system. \r\n\u2022 All cameras that form part of the CCTV systems at MDC\u0027s multistorey car parks at Four Seasons shopping centre and Walkden Street. \r\n\u2022 All CCTV cameras, recording equipment, transmission network equipment and other associated equipment that forms part of the Amber Valley Borough Council publicspace CCTV scheme (MDC customer). \r\n\u2022 All cameras and associated equipment that form part of the MDC\u0027s 3rd party monitoring customer base - including East Midlands Trains, Nottinghamshire County Council, and others.\r\n \u2022 All MDC redeployable cameras and associated equipment (not incl. 4G data packages).\r\nThe Contractor should note that the above summary of systems is not exhaustive and will change throughout the duration of the contract.\r\n",
