    "description": "This opportunity is being issued by the Government of Jersey and States of Guernsey, hereinafter referred to as the \u0027Authorities\u0027 and follows the joint Preliminary Market Engagement stage conducted in April 2025 to assess market capabilities, feasibility of different service models, and gather information to inform the future tender process.\r\n\r\nThe scope of the procurement is to provide fixed wing Air Ambulance Services as advertised by the Authorities with reference GOJ/2024/2115, further details of each island\u0027s existing model and outline service needs are provided in the published tender documentation pack for interested parties to download.
