    "description": "This procurement is being undertaken by Transport for London (TfL) on behalf of Greater London Authority (GLA). \r\n\r\nProcurement objective is to appoint the Evaluation and Research Partner for Whole School Approach to Mental Health Programme, to deliver the following key objectives:\r\na.\tAssess the implementation and effectiveness of the project;\r\nb.\tEvaluate fidelity of the implementation across different schools;\r\nc.\tAssess the role of boroughs in supporting delivery of the programme as a key partner and stakeholder;\r\nd.\tIdentify what works to improve CYP MH and wellbeing in what contexts within the school environment;\r\ne.\tIncrease understanding of the impact on school culture, staff confidence and student voice on CYP wellbeing;\r\nf.\tProvide recommendations for improvement and sustainability.\r\n\r\nHow to apply for this opportunity:\r\n\r\nREGISTERING ON THE E-TENDERING PORTAL\r\n\r\nThe following instructions explain TfL\u0027s e-tendering portal and provide guidance on how interested parties will be able to communicate with TfL in relation to this exercise.\r\n\r\n(1) To register or to check if you are already registered to SAP Ariba, log on to https://service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw.
